EVENTS
CLASSES FOR CHILDREN

Classes for children allow a community's youngest members to practice their God-given qualities such as kindness, generosity, patience, and compassion. Parents, teens, and young adults teach these classes and create an environment where children feel they belong to the community and share in its purpose.

STUDY CIRCLES
FOR ADULTS

They connect the study of Baha’i Sacred Texts to acts of service. Topics include the spiritual nature of life, the basic features and history of the Baha’i Faith, how to build unified communities, and how to teach children and mentor youth. In their study circles, neighbors share insights with one another and design service projects relevant to their communities.

GROUPS FOR TEENS
& PRE-TEENS

Tap into young people's acute sense of justice, growing awareness & increased interest in profound questions. Through storytelling, discussion, recreation, arts and service projects, participants form healthy and productive patterns of behavior. They build discernment & decision-making skills, and learn to address the needs of their communities.

A RICH TAPESTRY
A story of two women who come together through prayer and build a relationship of service together.
This video is part of A Rich Tapestry, a video storytelling collection that expresses and illustrates how love is being translated into action. These videos share authentic examples of how individuals, communities and institutions are weaving together a rich tapestry of community life in neighborhoods across America. The strands of this tapestry include efforts to expand and consolidate vibrant patterns of Baha’i community life, to contribute to public discourse on topics of race and diversity, and to take direct social action in collaboration with like-minded groups and individuals.
